Had a fantastic time! We visited Flam Marina and took the Car Ferry Cruise Kaupanger-Gudvangen—both amazing experiences. The place offered bike hire, which was a fun way to explore the area. Everything from the cozy cabin to the helpful staff made our stay memorable!

The only downside was the mattress situation. they were a bit too soft for comfort. It’s a minor issue but something to consider if you prefer a firmer bed.

It was just an appropriate option for a weekend stopover in Aurland with excellent value for money. The stunning views from the cottage were a highlight of our stay. If you stay in the cabins, bring some food for breakfast since it's not included.

We enjoyed our stay in a cozy cottage by the fjord, offering very nice views every day. The kids loved biking and exploring nearby Flam, and Astrid, the wonderful host, catered to our needs, even delivering breakfast supplies to our door.

I felt a firmer mattress would greatly improve the experience. The cabin had a bit of a quirky layout. The loft accessed by a ladder isn’t ideal for everyone. Overall, this place captures the charm of Norway and provides a lovely stay with a few small improvements needed to make it perfect.
